The Lafayette is the largest of the three rooms on the Garden Level and features a king size bed as well as a twin sofa sleeper. It is decorated in yellow and blue. Additional contrasting textiles harmonize with exposed beams and brick tile covers the floors. Each room has a non working fireplace.

The Lafayette room is located on the Garden level of the home and is suited to guests who prefer a private entrance at street level. It is reminiscent of the French Countryside and is decorated in various toiles. It has a king size bed and features private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Each the room includes WI-FI, cable TV, CD & DVD player, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, robes, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee pot.
